Mehdi Eshraghi is a Victoria-based Realtor®, project management professional, entrepreneur, and community educator. His background combines business, technology, healthcare project management, psychology, and real estate.
With an MBA, PMP designation, a Master of Science in Experimental Medicine, and more than two decades of experience in technology and project environments, Mehdi brings a structured and educational approach to complex decisions. He works with individuals, families, professionals, and organizations to help them understand their options, organize priorities, and move forward with greater clarity. When a situation needs a specialist — lender, lawyer, inspector, accountant — he will tell you, and connect you with an independent one.
Mehdi is a Realtor® with Macdonald Realty Ltd. and a co-founder of Delphi Canada. He is also involved in financial education, protection planning, business development, and project consultation. Based in Victoria, Mehdi understands the experience of building a new life, growing a family, developing a career, and navigating important decisions in Canada.
